Whats New in ServiceTracker 5.60 (Service Pack 6)
1. Completed Date / Date Paid Toggle
Service, Repairs & Tyres now feature an addtional field to track the "Date Paid". This will assist businesses who wish to track cashflow costs of maintenance activities whilst still maintaining accurate records for compliance purposes of when the activity was closed out. By default all Running Cost Reports will use the Date Completed/Closed Date of a Mainteance Activity (Service, Repairs & Tyres). Tick the box to use the Date Paid instead of the Date Completed before running the report.
This report captures both the total expenditure for a vehicle for any given period of time and the total expenditure for the last week or month.
This report snapshots total spend by Supplier for a given period, as well as running totals for Service, Repair & Tyre Total Spend for the Period.
This Report details total expenditure for a Supplier / Repairer for a given period - separating Service, Repairs & Tyres.
Previously, only trailers could be linked to vehicles for Service Duplication. You can now link any type of equipment to a parent or associated equipment.
A bug has been resolved on the Service Due Days Summary Dashlet that was causing Vehicles to remain red after a Service was closed out.
A bug has been resolved that was preventing running costs per hour from displaying for some vehicles.
The Scanning & Document Managment system has been redesigned from the ground up. Scanning is now faster and easier so that you can attach a document to any existing or generate activity in the system on the fly.
1. After selecting a Vehicle, Employee or Supplier, ServiceTracker will display all the of the activities that you may link a document to.
2. Select an existing record from the list - or leave blank if a new record.
3. Click on the activity button (Service in this example) and ServiceTracker will create the link(4).
4. Click the Link to open up the activity to enter more information if required.
We've added filtering for Groups & Sub Groups on the Service Due Days Detail Screen as well as the option to run a report for Days Remining until a Service, or Date Due for the report.
The Vehicle Grouping Feature has been added to all NHVAS Reports. You can now filter screens and reports in the NHVAS module using the group filter on the dashboard.
Registration due and Certificate of Roadworthiness Due fields have been added to the Service Due Days Detail Report. This will change in colour the same as the dashlets per your Yellow and Red Settings.
The Parts Location / Bin has been added to the parts register to make locating parts an easier task.
Session managment has been added to ServiceTracker to simplify managing concurrent user licences. If you log in on a second computer, but forgot to log off the first, ServiceTracker will let you end the session started on the original computer to prevent ustilising an additional user licence.
Mass verifications can now be configured to check maximum GVM weights. The settings are located in Mass Verifications > Settings.
Automileage will now respond to the current group on the dsahboard. Select ALL for all vehicles and select an indiovidual group if you need to filter a specific group of vehicles.
Purchase Order Templates now utilise Rich Text Format - Font Colour, Size & Type can be set to suit your requirements
