Employee Equipment Register
Keep track of equipment issued to employees on the Equipment Issue Register.
Accessible via the Employee Menu, with Employee history also listed inthe Employee Detail window.
Vehicle Register Report
We've added more filtering options when printing the Vehicle Register. Choose from Groups & Subgroups before running the report.
JobCard Settings
We've added settings for Service, Repair & Tyre jobcards to adjust:
1. The number of blank Part rows displayed
2. The number of blank Notes rows displayed
3. The number of Labour Hours rows displayed.
Supplier Parts Register
Need of list of parts provided by a supplier? We've added a part listing view in the supplier detail window.
Updated NHVAS Service Register
The NHVAS Service Register has been rebuilt from scratch to provide a clearer and more comprehensive view on Service Intervals & NHVAS Compliance. As per the existing convention, Vehicles serviced outside of the nominated tolerance are highlighted red.
Added Credit Notes to Stock Adjustments
Credit notes can now be printed directly from Stock Adjustments
Adding Rolling feature to Vehicle Reminders
Vehicle reminders can now be "rolled". When a reminder is marked as completed, the user will now be prompted to repeat the reminder for a future date.
Added Repairs Downtime Report
A new report called "Repairs Downtime Report" has been added to show the time taken between the reporting of and completion of repairs.
Group Filtering for Parts
A part can now be limited to a single group only. All areas of the parts section can now be filtered by a group. This is is useful if you are running inventory across multiple locations or different divisions (such as transport and plant) and need to track levels and costs independantly.
Group Filtering for Employees
Employees can now be assigned to a group. This then allows Training, Reminders, Medicals & Daily checks to be filtered by a Group selected on the dashbaord
NHVAS Grouping
NHVAS Reviews can now be filtered by groups. This will greatly assist larger fleets running multiple accreditations inthe one business.
