Adding Scans to an Existing Record - Service, Repairs & Tyres

ServiceTracker currently allows the user to attach scans to Service, Repairs, Tyres and Vehicles.
All other scanning must be treated as a new record.

Find & Save The Record

1. You can navigate through the scanned documents to find a specific PDF
2. Click Save to begin processing and tagging a particluar document
3. ServiceTracker uses the Adobe Acrobat Reader Plugin. Thise means PDFS can easily be rotated, emailed, saved or printed as required.

Tagging the document

Select the link type from the list - in this example it is a Service.

Select the Vehicle

When a Service, Repair or Tyre Jobcard is scanned in the system, we know the record # will already exist. In this example, Service # 4922 can be selected from the Link List as ServiceTracker shows only Service #'s related to the vehicle selected.

1. Add a description to the notes box to help retrieve the document at a later date.
2. Then Click Next record to save and move to the next document.
