Getting Started with ServiceTracker 5

To start ServiceTracker, double click on the icon on your desktop.
If your using remote access or Terminal Server, you will need to connect to the remote server first.

Logging In

Select your username from the pulldown menu or begin typing your name. You may use tab or enter to move between fields.

Passwords are case sensitive, so check to make sure the caps lock key is not on before entering your password. If you need to change your password, your team leader or “Adminsitrator” has the ability to do so.

Click on the blue arrow button to continue once you’ve entered your password. To cancel, click on the red X.
