Introduction to ServiceTracker 5 Maintenance Module
It is assumed that you have completed ServiceTracker Version 5 Training “Vehicles” Module before starting this booklet. It is important that you have done so as the training booklet becomes less detailed to reduce the amount of repetitive information as the sections progress.
During this training session you will learn to create and complete maintenance activities for vehicles currently in the system. You will learn how the dashboard indicates when scheduled / upcoming activities are approaching and how to adjust these settings to suit your business.
The concept of Opening & Closing Service, Repairs & Tyres is covered to use ServiceTracker as a reporting tool and as a maintenance management tool. Printing Jobcards and modifying their content is introduced as well as the techniques used to find and query vehicle history in each maintenance category.
Other topics include entering the Fuel and Km/hours data against a vehicle and the use of Autofuel & AutoMileage functions to speed up this process. Where applicable, the use of the import function in each of these sections is also covered.
Vehicle reminders will be revisited and the Maintenance Running Costs reports introduced. This section also includes revision & encourages questions arising from ServiceTracker Training “Vehicles” training module.
