NCR - Non Conformance Report

Non Conformance Reports (NCR)

Clicking on the ‘Non Conf’ Button displays all currently ‘Open’ non conformance reports. ‘Closed’ Non Conformance Reports may be access be clicking on the “Closed” button on the NCR Register tool bar. To open an existing report, click on the NCR hyperlink.

To create a new NCR click on ‘New’ on the toolbar in the top left hand corner.

Complete the Report Detail as required. NCR’s are rated as follows:

To view all open and closed NCR’s click on the ‘Open’ and ‘Closed’ buttons on the toolbar.
