Maintenance Running Costs

The Maintenance Running Costs Report features the total costs for each vehicle, in each maintenance category for the specified period.

Prior to selecting preview of the report, enter the date criteria on the dashboard.
Selecting Cost Summary will display the following.

Vehicles are grouped by the vehicle groups field on the vehicle detail form. If a vehicle is not required to appear on this report, the exclusion box must be checked on that vehicle’s details.

Selecting Cost with Cents Per KM will display the following.

Printing Running Cost Reports
Pressing ‘Control P’ will print the desired report.
