Adding a scan to a new record

Adding Scans to a new Record in ServiceTracker. Sometimes the maintenance activity doesnt exists in Service Tracker. For this scenario, we use the example of an invoice for a repair that doesnt exist in the sytem.

Adding a Scan Document and A New Record at the same time

When a document is scanned and there is no existing record (in this case a repair) in the system to attach the document to, simply leave the "Link" (1) field blank and click on the Blue Arrow(2).

ServiceTracker will create a new (Repair) and link the scanned document to this new record.

ServiceTracker creates a new record (repair) for the vehicle (1) and lists the repair to the scanned document (2)
