How to locate a scanned document in ServiceTracker
Finding a Scanned Document By Vehicle Activity
Click on Vehicles, Then Select the Vehicle. Followed by the type of Activity (service)
The Service Record will then list any Scans attached to the Maintenance Record. Click on the link to open the Scan.
The PDF can then be emailed, printed or saved as required. Further notes or tags can also be added.
Other Method to find scanned documents
Click on Vehicles and Select the required vehicle. Click on the Scans button (1). You can then filter all Scans for that vehicle by activity type (2)
